Julia Friedrich

She is assisting the Chair of Business Administration, Accounting and Corporate Governance at the University of Siegen from the year 2012. She has obtained her Diploma degree in „Deutsches und Europäisches Wirtschaftsrecht“ (University of Siegen, Germany). During her studies she spent two semesters at the University of Tulsa, Collins College of Business (Oklahoma, USA). After graduating from the University of Siegen, she started her career as an auditor at KPMG (Frankfurt, Germany) in the division „Audit Financial Services“ responsible for auditing banks and insurances. After one year, she has become part of the so called „Focus Team Loans“ at KPMG, which is the central audit team for lending transactions. Her research interest is in the area of corporate finance, especially debt financing.
