Sven Wollf, Philipp Köhn, Julian Ruf, Petra Moog & Giuseppe Strina have published their recent paper 'Measuring family influence from the non-family employee perspective: The perceived family influence scale (PFIS)' in the Journal of Family Business Strategy.
In their research, they developed the Perceived Family Influence Scale (PFIS), a novel tool designed to measure the perception of family influence among non-family employees in family firms. The PFIS provides a comprehensive and unbiased perspective on the impact of the enterprising family on the firm. This innovative scale enhances the understanding of the intricate dynamics between enterprising families and their non-family employees, contributing valuable insights into the functioning of family firms.
