Economic education
In analogy to a contextual economy, economic education does not have to be understood in isolation, but comprehensively. The interest here is not only directed at the static result of economic (action) competences, but also asks how economic understanding can be developed in modern market societies. In addition to the concept of economic competence, economic understanding refers to the interplay between economic and social processes and their assessment. This requires a reflexive economic didactics in order to promote an economic sense understanding and a comprehensive formation of opinion.
